14-day refund, no questions asked. Email us within 14 days of buying and you'll have your money back.

What it covers

The refund covers what you bought from this site:

  • The Step-Back Ladder: The Plan-First Guide ($27)
  • The Ladder Toolkit ($17), if you added it

You can ask for a refund on one item or both.

What it is not

The refund is about the files, not your dog. We can't promise how your dog will act, and the refund is not tied to that. You don't need to show any result, or lack of one, to get your money back.

How to ask

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. Use the email you bought with, or include your Stripe receipt.
  3. That's it. You don't need to give a reason.

When you get it

We send refunds through Stripe, to the card you paid with. Banks can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

You can keep the files you downloaded.
